I am sorry to have to cancel the workshop because of serious health problems with both my mother and father. We just put my father into hospice care, he now has acute kidney failure. And then yesterday, my mother had a bad fall. Fortunately, she did not break her hip, but will need hospital/therapy care for both her left hip and left elbow. I just can't leave them at this time.

Mel and I were looking forward to working with you, perhaps next year. I know that you will all appreciate the situation. l also know that some of you may have airplane and hotel reservations that have cancellation fees. These plus your workshop registration fees will be completely refunded.

Please confirm receiving this email - I don't want anyone showing up in Milwaukee expecting the workshop. Also, send along the specifics of any cancellation fees that you will have to pay.

Mel, while in the military as an image interpreter specialist, correctly drew what was supposedly hidden under a canvas. "It totally freaked them out". Because of this and other similar predictions, Mel was asked to go to Ft. Meade by Col. D. Press as the U.S. Government’s first official remote viewer. Five other people were identified and enlisted for the initial Army RV project, which proved to have an accuracy rate high enough to qualify it as a very necessary intelligence-gathering tool used in real-world tasking on foreign military and political targets.

Marty Rosenblatt

Marty holds a B.A. and M.S. in physics from University of California at Los Angeles. He is now President of PIA (Physics Intuition Applications Corporation) and he writes the online magazine, "Connections Through Time". Marty also teaches financial ARV workshops with other experienced experts from the Remote Viewing community, e.g., Russell Targ, Skip Atwater and Stephan Schwartz.

RIS, as applied in this workshop, is a form of RV. RV is a natural human capability that was successfully applied in many ways by the intelligence community and military for over 30 years, including applications involving predicting the future - precognition.

RV/RIS is related to bilocation* and quantum entanglement. For example, Mel has had many bilocation experiences where he feels, in almost every way, that he is at another location and time. The experiences are apparently so real that he has been observed by others, in their location/time. While bilocation is relatively rare, this phenomenon serves as a dramatic example of a "handshake" through space/time where information is consciously entangled.

RV/RIS is all about improving the accuracy and reliability of RV transcripts. RIS can improve RV reliability by influencing, by sharing information with, the RV transcript based on the truth known after the game outcome.
